E mihi kau ana te tātai tumuaki a Te Akatea ki a Myles Ferris mō tōna kaiarahi huhua, me āna mahi katoa e rangatira ai i ngā matauranga Māori huri noa o Aotearoa.
Executive members actively advocate for our members in local and national forums on issues regarding improved Māori education, leadership and well being tino rangatiratanga.
It was with a great deal of pride that I am able to report on a very successful Te Akatea hui-a-tau. Hosted by Aka Tamaki, this conference brought together a very diverse group of educators at different levels of their educational leadership journey.
